I'm not generally a fan of tow yards, but Arturo made this experience not only bearable, he made it actually pleasant. Don't get it wrong, these guys are by the book, so its never going to be a cakewalk.
But that's the States laws fault, plus they deal with all kinds of stuff. Arturo was understanding, personable, and very patient. I personally think he went above and beyond to assist me helping my dad with a pretty bad situation. He was even a hero and found my glasses that I'd lost in the process.
